Get Bit! — Shark Survival Card Game for 2–6 Players by Mayday Games

Get Bit! is the card game where friendship ends and limbs start disappearing. You and up to five friends are frantically swimming from a very hungry shark — and you don't need to outswim it, just outswim everyone else. Every round, players simultaneously play a card face-down, then flip. Higher cards move to the front of the line. The swimmer left at the back loses a limb to the shark and gets flung to the front. Repeat until only two swimmers are left — the one in front wins.

The brilliance is the hand management puzzle underneath the chaos: everyone is working through the same numbered hand, so you're constantly trying to predict what your opponents will play and counter accordingly.
