Refund and Return Policy for Corridor Cards

1. Final Sale Notice:
All trading cards sold on Corridor Cards are considered final sale items. Once purchased, these items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

2. Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed for shipment. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support immediately. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect card, please report it to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4. Shipping Concerns:
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, or if there are any issues with the shipment, please contact our customer support. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Refunds:
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Replacement:
In the rare event that a replacement is deemed necessary due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will send out the replacement as soon as possible. Replacement items will be shipped using the original shipping method chosen during checkout.
